The LYS + HAV house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living space with working fireplace and expansive windows overlooking the property, a spacious deck for meals, an eat-in kitchen, and free washer and dryer on-site. There is plenty of parking for you and your guests; bicycles—the preferred method of transit—are also available.

LYS + HAV comfortably sleeps six and can expand to accommodate eight guests.

The house is adjacent to the Shining Sea Bike Path, a 6-minute ride or 4-minute drive to Chapoquoit Beach, a 4-minute walk to the West Falmouth Market for provisions, 15 minutes to Main Street in Falmouth, and 20 minutes to the Martha Vineyard Ferries.
